Return Policy
Zorba Collection accepts returns or size exchanges no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The items must be returned at the purchaser's expense, unless the item is non-compliant/defective, only with the prior authorization and written acceptance of the return from Zorba Collection. The address will always be communicated in writing by Zorba Collection. The return shipment must be a traceable shipment (other types of shipments will not be accepted).
In the event that the item is non-compliant/defective, the costs will be borne by Zorba Collection. For multiple orders Zorba Collection could provide one or more addresses depending on whether the items received come from the same warehouse or from different warehouses.
Zorba Collection will ask the customer to send a photo of the item received by email, highlighting its defect/non-compliance.
ATTENTION: "I don't like it", "it smells bad", "colour slightly different from the photo" etc. are not sufficient evidence to consider a defective/non-compliant item.
Both for the return and for the size exchange, the garment must be returned in a perfect state of conservation, which includes the original packaging/case and label, must not be washed, worn, odorless/perfumed or damaged in any way. The garments must be suitably packed with the same packaging received or alternatively with a similar and compliant packaging for the transport of the same. Should you fail to comply with at least one of the points listed above, Shop Low Cost reserves the right not to accept any returns/size exchange requests. Both returns and size exchanges take approximately 60 days from the date of receipt of the order.
How do I return an item?
1 – Contact our customer service at returns@zorbacollection.com for your return
2 - Our customer service will get in touch with you to solve the problem as soon as possible
3 - You will be provided with a return address and you will be informed of the relative conditions to be respected to make the return
4 - You will be new contacted by our customer service as soon as the return is received at the warehouse in order to find the best solution together
5- It usually takes 20 to 30 days to receive your return in the warehouse where the goods came from.
6 - Zorba Collection reserves the right to accept returns always and only via traceable shipping.
